Master's Business Summit -2025

1. Award Background

  • ‘Best of Best Christian Business’ (BOBCB) is a platform created to find, recognise and showcase the Outstanding Christian Businesses. The recognition will be in the form of Certificates and a Trophies. The Awards will be based on the disclosure by Christian Businesses who enrol for the recognition scheme. These Businesses will share their performance and other information through a simple form. Based on the information in the form, the best will be shortlisted and presented to a panel of Judges. The Judges will meet up with the shortlisted Businesses and hear from them their stories of achievements. Further the judges will probe them, ask for evidence of the claims made and decide on the Best of Best Christian Businesses.
2. Award Objectives

  • To find, recognise and showcase the Best of Best Christian Businesses

  • To set high standards for Christian Businesses and make them stand out

  • To encourage Christian Businesses to operate with Kingdom values in the Market Place
3. Number of Businesses that will be recognized: In all three Businesses will be recognized and awarded. The categories are,

  • Best of Best Christian Business,

  • Innovator of the Year,

  • Best of Best Christian Business Runner-up
4. Norms

  • Each Business can only put in one application per Business.

  • The Business should have been in existence for at least 5 years

  • Should have an audited statement of accounts

  • Business run by MBS Core Team members & Advisory Board Members not eligible

  • At least one Rep. from the Business should register for MR 18 and be present
5. Panel of Judges

  • The MBS Awards Program Leader in consultation with MBS Event Facilitator will appoint a Panel of Judges to select the Best of Best Christian Businesses. These Judges will operate on a set of transparent norms and criteria and select the Best of Best Christian Business. The MBS Awards Team will support the panel of Judges to carry out the evaluation process. The decision arrived by the judges which is a consensus decision or a majority decision will be final and binding on all.

  • If any of the Judges realises that they are related to any of the shortlisted Businesses or have some conflict of interest, they will inform MBS Awards Program Leader and step down immediately.
6. Recognition . . . Not Reward

  • The BOBCB offering is only a Recognition Scheme and does not have any monetary benefits or rewards in cash or kind. The certificates and Trophy will be awarded in the concluding session of Master’s Business Summit.

7. BOBCB Process

  • Any Christian Business in existence for five years and has audited statement of accounts can fill up the BOBCB Form and email it to info@christianbusinessforum.in by January 15 2025.

  • MBS Awards Program Leader & her Team will shortlist a max of Ten Christian Businesses and hand over the same to the Panel of Judges and inform the shortlisted Christian Business to meet the panel of Judges as per a schedule created for the purpose.

  • MBS Awards Program Leader will inform the Panel Judges the scheme criteria, Process and orient them about the details of scheme.

  • The panel of Judges will meet the shortlisted Business as per announced plan, examine their claims, check the evidence, fill up the evaluation sheet, discuss among themselves and arrive at a consensus or a majority decision on the Best of Best Christian Business, the runner up and the Innovator of the year.

  • The Best of Best Christian Business, The Runner-up and the Innovator of the year winners will be announced at the concluding session of Master’s Business summit 2025. The certificates and Trophy will be awarded immediately.

8. Criteria for short listing Christian Business for BOBCB

  • Technology Deployment
9. Those Businesses who were not shortlisted for the Judges Panel can request the reason why they are not shortlisted and the same will be provided by the short listing team.

10. The Judges Panel too will share highlights of why a particular Business did not get selected for the Awards.
